Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. Service Overview

ConsignSpec ("ConsignSpec", "we", "us") provides web-based garment cataloging software for US consignment boutiques and apparel resellers, including garment tag parsing, voice measurement dictation, vector/PNG fit diagram generation, and marketplace/POS CSV exports at consignspec.com.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans (Solo at $39/month or $390/year, Boutique at $89/month or $890/year, and House at $179/month or $1,790/year) are billed in US Dollars through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual billing cycle unless canceled beforehand.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time with zero cancellation fees by emailing tessa@consignspec.com or calling +1 (256) 255-4609. Cancellations stop all future renewals immediately while keeping your workspace active through the end of the paid period. If ConsignSpec does not fit your shop's intake workflow during your first 14 days of paid service, contact tessa@consignspec.com within 14 days of your initial charge for a full 100% refund to your original payment method.

4. Ownership of Generated Assets

You retain full ownership and commercial rights to all garment descriptions, CSV exports, and 2000×2000 px fit diagram images generated with ConsignSpec for use on Shopify, eBay, Poshmark, Vestiaire Collective, The RealReal, Grailed, and in-store POS systems.

5. Accuracy & Consignor Listings

ConsignSpec converts international size tags and spoken measurements to assist your intake staff. Because designer cuts and alterations vary on pre-owned garments, your store remains responsible for verifying final measurements and item authenticity prior to listing.
