1. Information We Collect

When you use ConsignSpec, create a workspace, or subscribe to a paid plan, we collect your work email address, boutique name, billing status from Stripe (we never see or store full payment card numbers; all card processing is handled directly by Stripe), and garment tag or measurement data you submit to generate fit diagrams and listings.

2. Microphone & Garment Tag Photos

Voice dictation uses your browser's speech recognition interface only while you actively click the microphone button. Garment tag photos uploaded to extract brand, sizing, and fabric details are processed solely to return structured garment fields to your session and are never sold or shared with third parties.

3. Cookies & Conversion Measurement

We use a strictly necessary first-party session cookie (__Host-cs_session) to keep you signed in to your boutique workspace, browser local storage to remember your sandbox export count prior to sign-in, and Google Ads conversion measurement (AW-18554683817, with ad personalization signals disabled) solely to measure completed subscription checkouts originating from search advertisements.

4. Data Deletion & Opt-Out

You may request deletion of your workspace account or opt out of email communications at any time by emailing tessa@consignspec.com.
